• On receiving the package you’re requested to make a video of the UNTEMPERED package, checking the product. In case of any manufacturing defect, inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that the colour may vary on different screens and we try to display the colour true to itself in pictures and videos available on instagram and the website. A perceived variation in colour will not be taken as a valid reason for return or exchange. As the products are handmade there can be slight imperfections in the weave and printing, each piece is unique. 
  • No returns will be accepted other than for defective or wrong products. You’re required to share the video of opening the product as requested above.
  • Although all products are manually checked before being shipped, in the case of a return or exchange, the customer will be required to send the package back with the product in the same condition it was received in. The shipping cost for the returns will be reimbursed (we will require the bill for the same). 
  • RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
  • ● You can apply for the exchange/return of a product at RAGIN BY SHAILJA by raising a request by emailing us or messaging us through WhatsApp
    ● In the email, please mention your order number and registered email/contact and send a video of unboxing the product/package. Also, provide a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images and unboxing video, and the exchange request is successfully placed.
    ● In case of defective or incorrect products, it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
  • ● For self-shipped returns, the customer may be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt through email or on WhatsApp.
    ● We request you to please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    ● For all self-shipped exchanges, please use a reliable courier service.
    ● The address for Self-Shipped Returns will be provided to you by our team once the return/exchange is approved.
    ● Items for exchange must be unused and not damaged.
    ● The items should be returned with original packaging and tags.
    ● Items on sale will not be applicable for returns or exchanges.
    ● Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

● Discount coupons/reward points/store credit/gift cards will not be applicable for sale items.
● Once the exchange product is received by us, only after the Quality Check of the product is performed by our team, and the product is found in proper condition, will the new product go out in exchange. The exchange timeline can take up to 7 to 10 working days.
● PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
